Well done, you've made it the whole way through to the last step in your Phantom's setup: 'Notifications'.
If you've left your Phantom to launch automatically throughout the day, you may want to be kept up to date with what it's doing. This is where 'Notifications' can help:
In case of error
If your Phantom encounters any errors in running or launching, it will send you an email to tell you so you can find a quick fix and get things back up and running.
In case of success
This option will notify you after each launch to tell you everything worked just fine.
Here you can make things more precise.
Firstly, you can choose whether you'd like to be notified via Email or Slack. If you choose Slack, you will need to enter your Webhook (this page will show you how to get one):
The two different columns are for you to choose if you would like notifications only when you launch a Phantom manually, only when automatically, or both.
Then you can specify one or more of the following options:
- 'Finished successfully' for a successful launch;
- 'Finished with error' for a launch that ended in error due to a problem with the Phantom setup - e.g. invalid session cookies or not being able to access your spreadsheet;
- 'Launch error' for when a Phantom failed to launch altogether - e.g. no remaining execution time or parallel launch limits;
- 'Time limit reached' to notify you that your execution time limit, or the time limit you set for the Phantom, has run out for the day.
Click 'Save', and your Phantom will be fully set up and ready to go.
