Not receiving account validation email

When you first sign up to PhantomBuster, you'll need to validate your email address to show us you're a real person and not a 👻  if you don't, your account will be deleted within a number of hours.

 

If you haven't received your validation email, you’ll be able to request that the email be resent in the banner along the top of your account when you log in:

If you're still not receiving the email, you should be aware that it is a soft-bouncing email, which means that you'll need to make sure PhantomBuster's email domain is cleared from your spam filter to be sure you will receive it. If all else fails, we'd recommend changing to another email address where you can receive the email to make sure your PhantomBuster account isn't lost!
