When trying to send a connection request on LinkedIn, you can encounter the error "Email needed to add this person" as your Phantom processes certain profiles:
This blockage comes directly from LinkedIn, so, unfortunately, the Phantom won't be able to send the connection request to those profiles.
LinkedIn has many reasons why they can ask to enter an email address when sending invitations (for example, if the recipient has set their email preferences to only receive invitations from members who know their email address).
In these cases, if you still want to send an invitation to these profiles, we recommend sending the invitation manually.
