Enter invoice details
Click on your name at the top right of your home screen and choose "Workspace settings:"
Here, you can enter the information and your billing details as you would like them to appear on your invoice. Be sure to enter your VAT ID if you have one!
Depending on your location, the pricing may be shown in either US dollars or euros, and you will be charged accordingly on a monthly (or annual) basis. Please be aware that the listed prices do not include taxes.
Your invoices will present the payment amount in US dollars (or euros), along with your local currency. They will also indicate the exchange rate at the time of purchase.
Change invoice details
If you would like to change any of these details on your invoices, e.g. company name, you should first change the relevant field in your Workspace settings and click "Save settings." Then, contact our Support to ask for a replacement by clicking the Help button in the bottom corner of your screen.
VAT ID
If you have omitted your VAT ID from your account and have wrongfully been charged VAT, please enter it in your Workspace settings before contacting our Support to request a VAT refund.
Payment methods
PhantomBuster only accepts payment by credit card. Invoices will display the payment amount in US dollars (or euros, based on your location), as well as your local currency, and the exchange rate at the time of purchase.
Update your credit card and change your payment details
PhantomBuster only accepts payment by credit card, and you can change the card whenever you want on your Billing page by scrolling down and clicking on "Edit."
Delete your credit card
If you wish to delete the card from your account, please contact our Support from the email address associated with the PhantomBuster account.
