Update your Payment Info, Billing Details, or VAT ID

This guide explains how to update your payment method, company billing details, or VAT ID for your PhantomBuster workspace. You can make these changes anytime from your workspace settings, and request a revised invoice if needed.

Update your payment method

PhantomBuster accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

We do not support PayPal, wire transfers, or other alternative payment methods.

To change the credit card or payment information used for your subscription:

  1. Log in to your PhantomBuster workspace and hover over your name in the upper right corner of the page.
  2. If you manage more than one workspace, ensure the correct one is selected from the drop-down menu next to your currently active workspace. Look for the ✔️ symbol next to the active workspace name.
  3. Under the Workspace section, click Billing.
  4. Scroll to the Payment info section and click Add payment information.
  5. Enter your new card details.
  6. If needed, click Enter company information to update your invoice details during the same step.
  7. Click Save & continue.

Your updated card will be used for all future payments.

Update your billing information (company name, address, VAT)

To update the information shown on your invoices without changing your payment method:

  1. Log in to your PhantomBuster workspace and hover over your name in the upper right corner of the page.
  2. If you manage more than one workspace, ensure the correct one is selected from the drop-down menu next to your currently active workspace. Look for the ✔️ symbol next to the active workspace name.
  3. Under the Workspace section, click Settings.
  4. Scroll to the Billing details section.

  5. Update your:

    - Company name
    - Billing address
    - VAT number (if applicable)

  6. Click Save settings.

These changes will appear on all future invoices.

Request a revised invoice

If you need a revised version of a previous invoice showing updated billing details, contact our Customer Care Team after saving your changes.

VAT and tax information

If you’re based in the EU and enter a valid VAT ID, PhantomBuster may remove VAT charges from future invoices, depending on your country and local tax laws.

You can validate your VAT number through the EU VIES VAT checker.

Important:

  • VAT updates apply only to future invoices.
  • To update a past invoice, save your new details first, then contact our Customer Care Team to request a revised version.
