How can I update my payment information?
To update the payment information, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your PhantomBuster workspace.
2. Hover over your name in the top right corner of your workspace, and navigate to the Billing section.
3. Locate Payment info at the bottom of the page and click on Add payment information or Edit.
4. Enter your new payment details.
5. Click on Enter company information to customise your invoice details (company name, VAT number, etc).
6. Verify the details then click Save & continue. Your updated payment information will be applied to future charges.
⚠️ Make sure to double-check all your details for accuracy before saving, as these will be reflected in your future payments and invoices.
How can I update invoice details without updating my payment information?
If you only need to change your billing address, company name, or VAT number for invoices, follow these steps to update your invoice details only—while keeping the existing payment information.
1. Log in to your PhantomBuster account.
2. Hover over your name in the top right corner of your workspace, and navigate to Settings
3. You can update your invoice details from the workspace's Settings tab.
⚠️ Updating your billing information here will not change your payment method. It only affects the details that appear on your invoices.
4. Click Save settings to confirm the updates.
