How to Update your Payment Method, Billing Details, and VAT ID

To update your payment method or billing details in PhantomBuster, go to your User menu and click Billing to change your card, or click Settings to update your company name, address, and VAT ID. PhantomBuster accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (no PayPal or wire transfers). If you're EU-based with a valid VAT ID, VAT charges may be removed from future invoices. To correct a past invoice, contact Customer Care to request a revised version.

Accepted payment methods

PhantomBuster accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If you're using a debit card, make sure it's authorized for online and international payments.

We do not support PayPal, wire transfers, or other alternative payment methods.

To update your card or billing info, follow the steps below.

How to access your Billing and Workspace settings

  1. Log in to your PhantomBuster workspace and hover over your name in the upper right corner of the page.
  2. If you manage more than one Workspace, ensure the correct one is selected from the drop-down menu. Look for the ✔️ symbol next to the active workspace name.
  3. Under the Workspace section, click Billing (to manage your payment method or view your payment schedule) or Settings (to update your company billing details and VAT ID).

Update your payment method

To change the credit card or payment information used for your subscription, from the Billing page:

  1. Scroll to the Payment info section and click Add payment information.
  2. Enter your new card details.
  3. If needed, click Enter company information to update your invoice details during the same step.
  4. Click Save & continue.

Your updated card will be used for all future payments.

How to find your payment schedule

From the Billing page, you can see:

  • Your current plan (Start, Grow, or Scale).
  • Your payment info.
  • Your last payment date, and your next renewal and payment date.

If you manage multiple workspaces, note that each workspace has its own independent billing date.

Update your billing information (company name, address, VAT)

To update the information shown on your invoices without changing your payment method, from the Settings page:

  1. Scroll to the Billing details section.

  2. Update your:
    • Company name
    • Billing address
    • VAT number (if applicable)
  3. Click Save settings.

These changes will appear on all future invoices.

Request a revised invoice

If you need a revised version of a previous invoice showing updated billing details, get in touch with our Customer Care Team.

VAT and tax information

The prices displayed on the PhantomBuster pricing page are base prices and do not include VAT.

If you're based in the EU and enter a valid VAT ID, PhantomBuster may remove VAT charges from future invoices, depending on your country and local tax laws.

You can validate your VAT number through the EU VIES VAT checker.

Important:

  • VAT updates apply only to future invoices.
  • To update a past invoice, save your new details first, then contact our Customer Care Team to request a revised version.

What payment methods does PhantomBuster accept?

PhantomBuster accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards. PayPal, wire transfers, and other alternative payment methods aren't supported.

How do I change my credit card on PhantomBuster?
