Disconnected by [Social Network] or timed out

Did Facebook or Instagram disconnect your Phantom? This could be because the social network thinks your rate of activity is too high.

In order to relaunch your Phantom, you will need to log in to your social network first and then update your Phantom’s session cookie. To avoid this issue, we recommend making sure you're automating within the recommended rate limits.

Please be aware that using a proxy doesn't protect you from being disconnected. For example, Facebook may disconnect your account for safety reasons when it detects a new login.
