Suppose you see "Error during loading of chat widget" within your Phantom's log when using our LinkedIn Message Sender or Sales Navigator Message Sender. In that case, it means that there was an error while sending the message, so the message can't be sent.
This error occurs when the recipient's chat widget does not load correctly due to an error on LinkedIn's side. As this is a bug from LinkedIn’s side, your Phantom can’t contact the profiles to send the automated message.
To fix this error, we recommend that you wait for a while and try rerunning the Phantom later.
