Our Support Team will sometimes request a screen recording to help us act faster in understanding and resolving any potential issue or question you might have.
If you receive this request, follow the steps below.
In our message, you will see a link to record your screen:
1. Click on the link to open the Widget in a new tab.
2. Choose if you would like to record with audio or video only.
3. Press “Start Recording”.
4. Choose what you would like to record: your current Tab, a Window or your Entire screen
5. Click Share to start recording!
Your recording is now in progress.
6. Once done, select “Stop Recording” in the pop-up Window.
7. Most importantly - don’t forget to click on “Send” button to send your recording. Your video will be automatically attached to the message that you send.
