Learn how to connect your OpenAI account to PhantomBuster using an API key and leverage the Advanced AI Enricher Phantom to enhance your data with GPT capabilities.
⚠️ Out of all the AI Phantoms, only the Advanced AI Enricher supports OpenAI GPT API integration. The other AI Phantoms will use your PhantomBuster AI credits.
Select your OpenAI model
1. In the Advanced AI Enricher, choose the ChatGPT model that best suits your needs.
⚠️ Different models use varying amounts of tokens, which can impact costs. Visit the OpenAI pricing page for more details.
2. Once you select a model, the Your OpenAI API Key field will become available for configuration.
💡 If you don’t have an OpenAI API key, you can still use this Phantom with PhantomBuster AI credits by selecting one of the built-in options.
How to find your OpenAI API key
1. Visit the API keys page in your OpenAI account to get your API key.

- If you already have an API key, copy it.
- To generate a new one, click Create new secret key and copy it securely for use in the Phantom.
⚠️ Ensure your API key is kept secure and not shared with others.
2. Paste the copied API key into the Your OpenAI API key field in the Phantom's setup.
3. Click Save. And you're all set!
