To connect HubSpot with PhantomBuster, open any HubSpot Phantom's setup and click Connect when prompted, then sign in with your HubSpot credentials and select your account. You can also connect from Workspace settings → CRM integration. The connection works on all HubSpot plans including Free, and once set up, all HubSpot Phantoms in your workspace share the same linked account.
Before you connect
To connect your HubSpot account with PhantomBuster, make sure you have the right permissions:
- You need App Marketplace permissions in HubSpot to install and connect apps.
- If you don’t have them, ask your HubSpot Super Admin to grant these permissions.
- After receiving access, log out and back into your HubSpot account for the changes to apply.
You don’t need a paid HubSpot plan to use this integration. It works even on the Free plan.
Connect HubSpot from a HubSpot Phantom
When setting up any HubSpot-related automations for the first time, you’ll be prompted to connect your HubSpot account.
- Click on Connect when asked to link your HubSpot account.
- In the pop-up window, sign in with your HubSpot credentials.
- If no window appears, check your browser or Ad Blocker settings, then try again.

- Select the HubSpot account you want to connect to PhantomBuster.
Once confirmed, your connection will be active and ready to use.
After this first connection, all your HubSpot automations can use the same linked account automatically.
Connect HubSpot from your workspace settings
You can also connect or manage your HubSpot integration directly from your workspace:
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- If you have more than one workspace, make sure the correct one is selected from the dropdown. Look for the ✔️ symbol next to the active workspace name.
- Go to Workspace settings → CRM integration.
- From there, you can connect, disconnect, or update your HubSpot account at any time.
