Connecting your HubSpot account with PhantomBuster is pretty straightforward.
This connection is required for all HubSpot-related Phantoms or when using a regular LinkedIn phantom with HubSpot as a source. Once done, you won’t have to repeat this process with other Phantoms.

Conditions
In order to connect your HubSpot account with PhantomBuster, you must have App Marketplace permissions, which ensure you can connect and install apps from the HubSpot App Marketplace for your HubSpot account.
You can contact your Super Admin to grant the necessary permissions, then log out and back into your account for the new permissions to apply.
It is not necessary to have a paid HubSpot license for the integration to run. The PhantomBuster integration works even with a Free plan on HubSpot.
Connecting from a HubSpot Phantom
When setting up a HubSpot Phantom for the first time you’ll have to connect your HubSpot account with PhantomBuster.
1. Click on connect.
2. In the window that pops up, sign in with your usual HubSpot credentials.
⚠️ If the window didn’t pop up, then check if it was blocked by your browser or Ad blocker and retry.
3. Then select the account to connect with PhantomBuster.
4. Now you’re all set!
Connecting from your workspace settings
Similarly, you can also go to your workspace settings and manage your HubSpot connection from there.
