This guide explains how to view, enrich, and track individual leads from your workspace using the LinkedIn Leads page. You’ll learn how to open the lead panel, see all available profile and contact details, use the enrichment feature, and view a full history of automation activity.
How to open a lead panel
From any list in the LinkedIn Leads page, click on a lead’s name.
A side panel will open on the right, showing that lead’s full details: collected, enriched, and updated by your automations.
What you’ll see in a lead panel
The panel includes three tabs:
- Information: all data collected by Phantoms and Workflows.
- AI enrichment: summaries, insights, or message drafts (if generated).
- History: a log of key automation activity for that lead.
The exact data depends on which Phantoms collected or updated the lead.
For example:
- A lead extracted with LinkedIn Search Export will usually include: first name, last name, job title, company name, and public profile URL.
- A lead enriched with LinkedIn Profile Scraper may contain more detail: like emails, education history, or job summaries.
1. Information tab
This tab displays the data collected by Phantoms and Workflows for that lead.
The LinkedIn Leads page always keeps the most recently available version of each field.
If a lead is scraped again later, any updated information such as a new job title or company, will replace the older version.
Example of what you can see for a lead collected by a LinkedIn Search Export Phantom:
- LinkedIn profile link (clickable)
-
Lead details
- First name, last name
- Job title and company name
- Company LinkedIn page
- Job start date or range
-
Company information
- Industry
- Location
-
Contact details
- Professional and personal emails
- Phone numbers
- Websites
-
Additional information (collapsed by default)
- Previous roles and companies
- Previous company LinkedIn page
- Education details
- LinkedIn connections URL
- Mutual connections URL
-
Timestamps and origin
- Created at, Created by
- Last updated, Last updated by.
Not all fields will be available for every lead. It depends on the Phantom used and what data was accessible at the time.
2. AI enrichment tab
If you’ve enriched the lead using an AI Phantom (an automation that uses GPT to generate summaries, insights, or message drafts, like AI LinkedIn Profile Enricher), the generated fields will appear here.
- If enrichment has already been run, you’ll see results like job summaries, insights, or messaging suggestions.
- If not, click Discover AI Phantoms to open a list of compatible options and launch one.
Any enriched fields are saved directly to the lead and can be used in filters, exports, or follow-up automations.
3. History tab
This tab shows timeline of activities related to the lead:
- When the lead was created and last updated.
- Which Phantoms interacted with it (with links to the Phantom’s console).
- Which team member ran each automation.
This is helpful for understanding where your lead data came from and how it has changed over time.
