This usually happens when:

  • Post visibility is limited (e.g. only 1st-degree connections or followers can see it).
  • The input URL is incorrect, broken, or points to something other than a user profile (e.g. company page, school, or group).

The Phantom only processes posts published within the last 30 days. This is a built-in limit, not something that can be adjusted in the Phantom settings.

How to fix it

Check your input URL

Make sure each link leads to a real LinkedIn personal profile. Company pages, school pages, group URLs, and broken links will all trigger this error.

Confirm recent activity

Visit the target profile's Posts tab. If there are no posts in the last 30 days, the Phantom has nothing to work with, either wait for the profile to post again, or replace it in your input list.

Review post visibility settings

If the target's posts are only visible to connections or followers, make sure the LinkedIn account connected to the Phantom has access. If you're not connected and the posts are restricted, the Phantom won't see them.

Pre-screen your input list

Before launching, target profiles that are likely to post regularly: sales reps, recruiters, content creators, founders, etc. This reduces wasted execution time on inactive profiles.

Use the right session

If you're using multiple LinkedIn accounts, make sure the account connected to the Phantom can actually see the target profile's posts. A 1st-degree connection on one account may be out of network on another.

Does this work on company page posts?

No. The AI LinkedIn Post Responder only works with personal profiles. Company page URLs will trigger the "No post found" error.

Will the Phantom skip this profile or stop entirely?

It skips the profile and continues processing the rest of your input list. Your full run won't stop because of one "No post found" result.
