This guide explains how to track the performance of your outreach campaigns using the Dashboard, Leads tab, and Report tab. These reporting features are only available in Workflows.
Why only Workflows include reporting
-
Single-action Phantoms: Perform one task at a time (for example, sending connection requests or extracting leads).
→ They provide result files but no built-in performance tracking. -
Workflows: Manage full outreach campaigns with multiple actions (sending invites, messages, and follow-ups).
→ They include both a Dashboard and a console page, giving you access to outreach performance insights.
For detailed insights like tracking acceptance rates, replies, and follow-up effectiveness, use a Workflow such as LinkedIn Outreach.
How to access the Dashboard
The Dashboard opens automatically whenever you click on a Workflow from your PhantomBuster Dashboard.
→ This is where you'll find reporting features such as the Leads and Report tabs, as well as real-time progress updates.
If you're using single-action Phantoms, you won't see a Dashboard, you'll have access to result files.
What you can see on the Dashboard
The Dashboard helps you monitor your campaign's progress and results in real time.
→ It brings together different tabs and metrics that show you what's happening now and how your outreach performs over time.
Next Phantom in sequence
At the top of the Dashboard, a banner shows which Phantom in your campaign will launch next and when.
- Example: "Next: LinkedIn Auto Connect in 20m."
Leads tab
The Leads tab lists every profile included in your campaign, with details such as:
- Displays: Name, Headline, Company, Job Title, and Industry.
-
Status column to track each lead's progress:
-
In queue - The lead is scheduled for a future action but hasn't been processed yet.
The Workflow will act on this profile in an upcoming run (for example, send a connection request or a follow-up message). - Invited - A connection request has been successfully sent to this lead.
- Accepted - The lead accepted your connection request.
- Follow-up sent - A follow-up message has been sent after the connection was accepted.
- Replied - The lead replied to your message.
- Could not invite - The Workflow was unable to send a connection request.
If your campaign contains too many profiles to display, only part of the list is shown. You can always download the full dataset as a CSV file.
-
In queue - The lead is scheduled for a future action but hasn't been processed yet.
Report tab
The Report tab provides a detailed overview of your outreach performance.
Performance progress includes:
- Time saved: Estimated time saved compared to manual work.
- Profiles collected: Number of leads in the campaign.
- Invites sent: Number of connection requests sent.
- Requests accepted: Number and percentage of accepted requests.
- Performance progress graph: Invites sent vs. requests accepted over time.
Message sequence performance (when available):
- Some Workflows, such as LinkedIn Outreach, include a Message sequence graph.
- It shows accepted requests, replies, and answer rates, helping you measure how effective your follow-up messaging is.
- Workflows that don't involve multi-step messaging won't display this section.
Example: LinkedIn Outreach
The LinkedIn Outreach is a Workflow that includes all these reporting features.
It lets you:
- Send connection requests.
- Add optional personalized messages with the request.
- Schedule optional follow-up messages after acceptance.
All progress is tracked in the Dashboard, Leads tab, and Report tab, so you can measure the effectiveness of your outreach sequence.
Downloading your outreach data
If the Leads tab only shows part of your list, click Download CSV to export the complete dataset.
You can then review and analyze your data externally.
You can also right-click the Download CSV button and copy its link to open your data directly in Google Sheets. This can be useful if you want to quickly explore or filter the data without saving the file locally.
Where to find errors and logs
If you need to check detailed execution logs or error messages, you can switch from the Dashboard to the console page.
There are two ways to access it, depending on your settings:
Option 1 – Using the address bar
- Go to your PhantomBuster Dashboard and click the Workflow you want to review.
- In your browser's address bar, replace the word dashboard with console, then press Enter.
→ This opens the Workflow's console page. - Go to the Activity tab.
- Hover over the relevant run and click View log to see detailed output.
Option 2 – Using Developer mode (adds a permanent console button)
- Go to your User menu › My space › My personal settings.
- Check the box Enable developer mode.
- Go to your PhantomBuster Dashboard and click the Workflow to open its Dashboard.
-
In the top-right corner, click the three dots menu.
With Developer mode enabled, you'll also see extra options:
- Agent object – view the Workflow's underlying JSON data.
- API – generate ready-to-use API call snippets.
- Select Switch to console.
The console shows run logs and error details, which are useful for troubleshooting issues that don't appear on the Dashboard.
→ For step-by-step guidance, see How to Troubleshoot Errors in Workflows.
How Workflow interfaces differ
The interface layout varies depending on the Workflow you're using.
Some Workflows include a full Dashboard with Leads and Report tabs, while others show a simplified layout or open directly in the console view.
Workflows with a full Dashboard (Leads + Report tabs)
These include performance tracking directly in the Dashboard.
- LinkedIn Outreach
- LinkedIn Search to Lead Outreach

Frequently asked questions
Can I track outreach performance with a regular Phantom?
No. Performance tracking (Dashboard, Leads tab, Report tab) is only available in Workflows. Single-action Phantoms provide result files but no built-in campaign tracking.
Where do I see how many connection requests were accepted?
Open your Workflow's Dashboard and go to the Report tab. It shows invites sent, requests accepted (with percentage), and a performance progress graph over time.
What do the lead statuses mean?
In the Leads tab, each profile shows a status: "In queue" (scheduled), "Invited" (request sent), "Accepted" (connected), "Follow-up sent," "Replied," or "Could not invite" (request failed).
How do I access error logs for a Workflow?
Switch from the Dashboard to the Console page by replacing "dashboard" with "console" in the browser address bar, or enable Developer mode in your personal settings to add a permanent Switch to console button.
Why doesn't my Workflow have a Leads or Report tab?
Not all Workflows have the same interface. Some show a simplified Dashboard layout, and others open directly in console view with only Results and Activity tabs. The article lists which Workflows have which layout.
