The "Your organization has reached the limit of 100,000 leads" error means your LinkedIn Leads page in PhantomBuster has hit its maximum capacity of 100,000 saved leads. Your Phantoms keep running and continue saving results in each Phantom's results file, but new leads won't be added to your LinkedIn Leads page until you free up space by exporting and deleting older leads.
Why you're seeing this
This error appears when your LinkedIn Leads page has reached its maximum capacity of 100,000 saved leads.
Your Phantoms will still run normally and will continue saving results in each Phantom’s results file, but new leads won't be saved in your LinkedIn Leads page until older ones are removed.
This is not caused by your Phantom setup or your LinkedIn account. It’s a limit specific to the LinkedIn Leads page.
How to fix it
To continue saving new leads, you’ll need to delete older or unnecessary leads from your LinkedIn Leads page. Before deleting anything, make sure to export your leads so you keep a backup.
Once you've exported your leads, you can:
- Delete leads you no longer need
- Clean up old lists
- Archive older batches in your CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
For full step-by-step instructions on exporting and bulk deleting leads, see: Export or Clean up your LinkedIn Leads
Once space is cleared, new leads will be saved normally again.
Frequently asked questions
What is the 100,000 leads limit in PhantomBuster?
It's the maximum number of leads your LinkedIn Leads page can hold. Once the page reaches 100,000 leads, no new ones will be saved there until you free up space.
Will my Phantoms stop running when I hit this limit?
No. Your Phantoms keep running and continue saving results in each Phantom's own results file. Only the LinkedIn Leads page stops accepting new leads.
Where do new leads go once the limit is reached?
New leads are still saved in each Phantom's results file, so you can download or export them from there. They just aren't added to your LinkedIn Leads page until you make space.
How do I export my leads before deleting them?
Follow the steps in Export or Clean up your LinkedIn Leads to export your leads as a CSV before doing any bulk deletes.
Is this limit connected to my plan or my LinkedIn account?
No. The 100,000 leads cap is specific to the LinkedIn Leads page itself. It doesn't depend on your plan or on your LinkedIn account's activity.
