How to Manage Email And Slack Notifications

Learn how to manage notifications for your PhantomBuster account, including newsletter updates, Phantom launches, and team notifications.

Email notifications for your account resources

By default, you'll get email notifications when your execution time is running low. You can customize these for both your personal and your shared workspace.

Customize personal account notification for your personal workspace

  1. Click on your name in the upper-right corner of your PhantomBuster account.
  2. Select User Settings.
  3. Use the toggle below the Workspace notifications to turn notifications on or off.

  1. Click on your name in the upper-right corner of your PhantomBuster account.
  2. Select User Settings.
  3. Use the toggle below the Workspace notifications to turn notifications on or off.
⚠️ Each team member needs to access their own User Settings if they want to enable/disable shared workspace notifications.

Email newsletter subscription

Stay updated on the latest PhantomBuster news by subscribing to our newsletter.

  1. Click on your name in the upper-right corner of your account.
  2. Select User Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and enable/disable the option It is okay to contact me by email.
  4. Click Save settings.

Notifications for your Phantoms’ activities

Get notified about Phantom launches, errors, or other activities via email or Slack.

Set up email notifications

⚠️ By default, all Phantoms will have basic email notifications turned on.
  1. Open your Phantom’s Setup page.
  2. Navigate to Advanced Settings.

  3. Click on the Email Notifications card to configure your preferences.

Set up Slack notifications

To enable Slack notifications, you’ll need to use a webhook:

  1. Follow this guide to set up a Webhook in Slack.
  2. Once you're done, click on the Phantom’s Advanced Settings to add the webhook URL.

  3. Paste the webhook URL into the Slack Webhook URL field.
