PhantomBuster sends three types of notifications: workspace resource alerts (execution time, slots), product update emails, and per-automation launch and error alerts. Workspace alerts are managed from My Personal Settings and can be toggled on or off for each workspace you belong to. Product update emails can be disabled in Advanced Settings. Automation-level alerts are configured per Phantom or Workflow and can be sent via email or to a Slack channel using a webhook.
Email notifications for workspace usage
PhantomBuster sends email alerts when your workspace is running low on resources like execution time or slots. These alerts are tied to the workspace, not your user account.
If you are a member of multiple workspaces, you'll only receive alerts for the ones you've enabled.
Essential system emails (can't be turned off)
Some emails, like account verification, usage limit alerts, and important system notifications, are essential to keep your account secure and your workspace running smoothly.
These messages can't be disabled, even if you've turned off other workspace alerts. We do our best to keep them minimal and make sure they're genuinely helpful.
How to manage workspace alerts
- Log in your PhantomBuster workspace and hover over your name in the top-right corner to access your User menu.
- If you have more than one workspace, make sure the correct one is selected from the dropdown. Look for the ✔️ symbol next to the active workspace name.
- Under your My Space section, select My personal settings.
- You are now on your User settings page where you can find the Workspace notifications section.
- Use the toggle to turn notifications on or off for each workspace you belong to.
Each member must configure their own alerts. Your changes won't affect teammates.
