Understanding PhantomBuster Subscription Charges

Here is a guide to help you understand the credit card charges, currency, and VAT associated with PhantomBuster subscriptions!


When will you be charged

Once you've selected a subscription plan and provided your credit card details, the initial charge will occur immediately for the chosen month (or year for annual billing).
Your subscription will automatically renew each month or year, maintaining the same iteration date, unless you decide to cancel it.
If you choose to cancel your plan, rest assured that you will have continued access to the resources you've paid for until the end of your subscription cycle.
At the conclusion of this cycle, your account will be reverted to free plan automatically.

Please note that you will not be charged during the free trial period unless you upgrade to a paying subscription plan.


Depending on your location, the pricing may be shown in either US dollars or euros, and you will be charged accordingly on a monthly (or annual) basis. Please be aware that the listed prices do not include taxes.
Your invoices will present the payment amount in US dollars (or euros), along with your local currency. They will also indicate the exchange rate at the time of purchase.


For individuals based in European countries, your PhantomBuster subscription cost may differ from the prices listed on our Pricing page due to the inclusion of Value Added Tax (VAT). The VAT rate will be determined by the country of your address.
If you represent a company located in Europe, you can avoid VAT charges by providing your VAT ID in your account settings, with the exception of France.

If you have been charged VAT due to the absence of your VAT ID, but you are a company based in Europe and hold a valid VAT ID, please ensure that you enter it in your Workspace settings before reaching out to our Support team to request a (VAT) refund. Update VAT information in your Workspace settings.
