Not Receiving Validation Email to Verify Account

When you first sign up to PhantomBuster, you'll need to validate your email address to show us you're a real person and not a 👻.  If you don't, your account will be deleted within 72 hours.

If you haven't received the email to validate your account, don't worry! You can request the email to be resent by clicking on the banner at the top of your account page when you log in.

If you're still not receiving the email, you should be aware that it is a soft-bouncing email. To ensure you receive it, make sure that PhantomBuster's email domain is cleared from your spam filter. For some more information on why emails might bounce, check out this article.

If all else fails, we'd recommend changing to another email address where you can receive the email to make sure your PhantomBuster account isn't lost!
