To send your PhantomBuster results into Pipedrive, connect Pipedrive inside your Make scenario: add any Pipedrive CRM module and create a connection using Pipedrive OAuth. Once you click Allow and Install in the Pipedrive authorization window, the module verifies the connection and it's ready to receive your Phantom's data.
How the Pipedrive connection works
The connection is created in Make, from inside a Pipedrive CRM module. Authentication uses Pipedrive OAuth - you sign in to Pipedrive and authorize the connection; no API token is needed.
The Pipedrive API token connection type still appears in the dropdown but is deprecated - always choose Pipedrive OAuth.
Before you start
You'll need:
- A Pipedrive account.
- A Make scenario where you'll add your Pipedrive module.
Step 1: Add a Pipedrive CRM module
In your Make scenario, add a Pipedrive CRM module. You can start with any Pipedrive module you wish - for example Create a Lead, List Leads, or Update a Lead.
Step 2: Create the connection
In the module's settings, click Add next to Connection. In the Create a connection window, set Connection type to Pipedrive OAuth, then click Save.
Step 3: Click Allow and Install
A Pipedrive authorization window opens, listing the permissions Make will have on your Pipedrive account (deals, contacts, leads, activities, etc.). Review them and click Allow and Install.
Once you click Allow and Install, the module verifies the connection and you're ready to go. Finish setting up your module and run your scenario.
Step 4: Map your Phantom data into Pipedrive
With Pipedrive connected, map the fields from your PhantomBuster step into the Pipedrive module (for example, mapping a scraped lead's name, email, and company into Create a Lead). For getting your Phantom's results into the scenario in the first place, see Launch a Phantom from Make and the Make results/webhook guides.
Frequently asked questions
Does PhantomBuster integrate with Pipedrive?
Yes. You connect Pipedrive in Make using Pipedrive OAuth, directly from any Pipedrive CRM module in your scenario.
How does this actually connect to PhantomBuster?
Make is the bridge. Your PhantomBuster step (for example, a launched Phantom's output) sends data into the Make scenario, and the connected Pipedrive module writes it into Pipedrive. PhantomBuster and Pipedrive aren't connected directly, Make links them.
Which Pipedrive module should I start with?
Any module, for example Create a Lead. The connection is set up the same way from any of them.
Do I need my Pipedrive API token?
No. The API token connection type is deprecated. Use Pipedrive OAuth instead - you just sign in to Pipedrive and click Allow and Install.
How do I know the connection is working?
After you click Allow and Install, the module verifies the connection automatically. Once it's verified, you're ready to go.
