How To Change Your Existing Subscription Plan

This guide will show you how to change your subscription plan, whether you are upgrading for more resources or downgrading.

What happens if I upgrade mid-subscription

If the price of your new plan is higher than your current plan, you will be charged the difference for the remainder of the billing cycle.

If you upgrade your subscription mid-cycle:

  • The new plan will take effect immediately.
  • You will be charged on a pro-rata basis, meaning you will only pay the difference between your current plan and the new plan for the remainder of the billing period.
  • Your resources and features will adjust instantly to match the upgraded plan.

What happens if I downgrade mid-subscription

If your new plan costs less than what you have already paid, the pro-rated balance will carry over and apply to future billing cycles.

If you downgrade your subscription mid-cycle:

  • The new plan will take effect immediately.
  • Your resources will adjust according to the limits of the downgraded plan.
  • A pro-rated balance will be calculated based on the difference between what you've already paid and the cost of the downgraded plan. This balance will be automatically applied to future payments.

How to change your subscription plan

Follow these steps to change your subscription plan:

1. Log in to your PhantomBuster workspace.
2. Hover over your name in the upper right corner of the page, if you have more than one workspace, make sure you select the right one. Then, under your Workspace section, select Billing.

3. Browse the available subscription options.
4. Choose between Annual billing or Monthly billing by toggling the switch at the top of the page.

Annual billing offers a discount compared to monthly billing, which can help you save in the long run.

5. Once you’ve selected your desired billing option, click on Select plan or Upgrade for the specific plan you want.
6. Review the Bill summary, which recaps the total cost of your new plan, including any applicable discounts for annual billing and the total amount excluding VAT.

VAT will be added based on the billing country of your workspace. Make sure to check the total amount before confirming.

7. Review the details of your selected plan and click Switch to finalize the change. Your new plan will be applied immediately.
