This guide helps you understand the resources included in all PhantomBuster plans and how to choose the best plan based on your specific needs.

What resources are included in each plan?

Each plan includes the following resources to help you automate tasks:

Phantom slots: The number of Phantoms you can run simultaneously.
Execution time: The total amount of time your Phantoms can run each month.
Email discovery credits: Credits used to find professional email addresses for better outreach.
AI Credits: Credits for Phantoms that rely on AI to enhance automation.

What are the fixed and monthly resources in each plan?

Execution time, email discovery credits, and AI credits are provided on a monthly basis.

⚠️ These resources do not roll over and will reset on your billing cycle date each month.

Phantom slots: The number of slots is fixed based on your plan. Slots give you the "space" to run your Phantoms on the dashboard, and they do not reset monthly.

Are there limits on data exports?

Data export limits depend on your plan:

Free plan & Free trial: Limited to 10 results per export. To export more than 10 results at once, consider upgrading to a paid plan for unlimited exports.
All Paid Plans: No export limits—you can export all the results from your Phantoms without restriction.

How to estimate the resources you need?

To choose the right plan, it is important to assess how many resources you will need based on your specific use case. Here is how you can estimate Phantom slots, execution time, email discovery credits, and AI credits.

What are Phantom slots?

Phantom slots determine how many Phantoms you can run simultaneously. You will want to choose a plan based on how many automations you plan to run. You can always upgrade your plan later.

Most Phantoms use 1 slot, but more complex Phantoms or Flows (which combine multiple tasks) may use more slots.
You can view the exact number of slots used by each Phantom or Flow directly on the Phantom or Flow card in the Solutions tab.

What is execution time?

Execution time refers to the total time your Phantoms are actively running each month. It varies based on the complexity of the task and the size of the input.

Example: If you use a Google Sheet with 10 rows vs. 1,000 rows, the Phantom will need more time to process the larger sheet due to more data (inputs) to process.

How can you estimate your execution time?

To estimate your execution time, we recommend using the free trial to test different automations.

Here’s how you can do it:

Set up automations that reflect your typical tasks (e.g., scraping profiles, extracting search results, or running messaging sequences).
Monitor the execution time in the console page for each Phantom. After each run, check how much time was used. This will give you an actual estimate of how much time similar tasks will require.
Use this data to scale up and determine your monthly needs based on how often you plan to run these automations.

Examples of execution time:

LinkedIn Profile Scraper: Scrapes one profile in about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
LinkedIn Search Export: Takes approximately 12 minutes to scrape 1,000 leads.

More complex workflows, like large-scale data extraction or messaging sequences, may require significantly more time.

What are email discovery credits and how are they consumed?

Email discovery credits are used to find professional email addresses based on the individual’s name and company.

⚠️ Each attempt to find an email, whether successful or not, uses one credit.

💡A good email discovery rate typically ranges between 30-50%, depending on the accuracy of the input data (name and company details).

How can you estimate your usage?

Estimate your usage based on how many email addresses you need to find each month. This is especially important if you are conducting outreach or lead follow-ups.
