We have deprecated certain Phantoms as part of our ongoing efforts to maintain the highest quality tools. This guide will walk you through everything you need to know about the changes.
Why are some Phantoms deprecated
As part of our ongoing commitment to quality, we occasionally retire Phantoms that require extensive maintenance but deliver limited value to most users.
This allows our engineering to focus on developing new Phantoms and enhancing the ones that bring the most impact.
Can I continue using deprecated Phantoms
If you already have a deprecated Phantom in your workspace, you can continue using it.
However, please be aware that these Phantoms may not perform as expected, especially as social media platforms and other sources update their functionalities and code.
Since these Phantoms are no longer maintained, they will not receive updates or support in case of an issue.
Will support be available for deprecated Phantoms
Our support team is unable to assist with any issues related to deprecated Phantoms.
You are welcome to use these Phantoms as long as they remain functional, but please note that they will no longer receive troubleshooting or maintenance support.
Will these Phantoms be reintroduced
At present, we don’t have plans to reintroduce deprecated Phantoms.
However, we are always interested in your feedback. If you have suggestions for new tools or features, feel free to reach out to our support team.
