Want to boost your acceptance and reply rates on LinkedIn? Try this soft engagement (or social warming) strategy: a sequence of profile visits, follows, and connection requests that builds familiarity and brings your profile top of mind before reaching out.

💡 Here’s an example of workflow on how to structure it:

Week 1 – Initial setup:

  • Monday: Start by visiting a list of target profiles using the LinkedIn Profile Visitor Phantom.
  • Wednesday: Follow the same profiles using the LinkedIn Profile Follower Phantom.
  • Friday: Send them a connection request with the LinkedIn Network Booster.

With this setup, we make sure to perform an action every 2 days so we're basically sending 2 notifications to our leads before sending a connection request.

To make this work, you'll need to adjust your launch settings during the first week:

  • Schedule the Profile Visitor to first run on Monday and then once per day.
  • Schedule the Follower Phantom to launch on Wednesday (2 days after the visit) and then once per day after this day.
  • Schedule the Connection Request Phantom to launch on Friday (2 days after the follow) and then once per day after this day.

This spacing ensures that for any given profile, there's a consistent 2-day period between each interaction.

Week 2 and beyond – Let it flow:

Once this is in place, just launch each Phantom daily. Every day, you’ll be:

  • Visiting new leads,
  • Following leads visited 2 days prior,
  • Sending connection requests to leads followed 2 days earlier.

✨ This keeps the rhythm going and automates your outreach pipeline — always warming up leads before reaching out, without needing Make.com or external scheduling tools.

This is a workflow example, keep in mind that you could even add other automations and send more notifications to your leads (Liking a post, Endorsing a skill, Visiting the profile once more…etc).

Give it a try and let us know how it improves your results!
