Welcome to the PhantomBuster Community!
A space for automation builders, sales pros, and curious minds to share ideas, solve problems, and help each other grow.
To keep this a helpful, respectful, and safe space for everyone, we ask that all members follow these Community Guidelines.
By participating, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions and to respect the privacy, integrity, and experience of fellow members.
What this Community is for
This is your space to:
- Ask how-to questions and troubleshoot automation issues.
- Share tips, ideas, and creative use cases with others.
- Stay up to date with product and community announcements.
- Learn from peers, in-house experts and the PhantomBuster team.
🚫 Not allowed: spam (or promotion of spam techniques), self-promotion, unethical practices, or sharing personal/confidential data.

Before you post
Make it easier for others to help you, and for your post to stay visible and relevant.

Use clear titles:
- 👍 LinkedIn Auto Connect skips too many profiles
- 👎 Help! Nothing works!
- Give context: Include the Phantom or feature involved, what you expected, what happened instead, and any steps you’ve already tried.
How to be a great community member
- Be kind, respectful, and constructive.
- Support others with clear and thoughtful replies.
- Stay on topic and avoid derailing threads.
- Report behavior that violates the guidelines or any applicable laws. If you spot a post that may be inappropriate, please report it to our moderators using the support widget in the bottom-right corner of the app. Don’t engage or escalate.
What’s not allowed
The following will result in post removal and may lead to account suspension:
Privacy & personal data
- Do not post emails, phone numbers, screenshots of private conversations, or identifiable personal data (yours or others’).
- Comply with applicable privacy laws (e.g. GDPR).
- Respect individual and collective responsibility in protecting data.
Automation & tool use
- No fake or impersonated accounts (on PhantomBuster or external platforms).
- No advice on bypassing technical limits (e.g. rate limits or bans).
- Do not share or request sensitive or confidential data.
- No spam (or promotion of spam techniques), or mass outreach guidance that violates platform rules.
Legality, ethics, and authenticity
- No illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.
- No harassment, threats, or hate speech of any kind.
- No sexually explicit, violent, or discriminatory content.
- Respect others’ identities, experiences, and perspectives.
Moderation and what happens next
PhantomBuster team members and moderators monitor the forum and may reply, react, edit, or escalate posts. We may merge related posts or close solved threads to keep things tidy.
Posts that violate these guidelines may be edited, removed, or lead to account restrictions. Repeated or severe violations will result in a permanent ban.
Staying in the loop
- Follow a topic to get notified when new questions or replies are posted.
- Follow a post to receive updates on threads you care about.
