If you intended to subscribe to a monthly plan but were charged for the annual plan, it’s possible to switch and request a refund within 30 days from the subscription date.

Steps to switch from annual to monthly
1. Go to your Billing page in your PhantomBuster account

2. Use the Monthly billing toggle at the top of the plan options

3. Select your preferred monthly plan and confirm the change

Once the switch is complete, reach out to the Customer Care Team via the widget to request a refund for the difference.

What to expect after the switch:
- A temporary charge for the monthly plan may appear, this is expected. 
- The team will issue a refund for the unused portion of your annual plan.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. 
- A credit note will be provided for your records.
