Why Sales Navigator searches stop at 2,500 results, and how to extract more leads with PhantomBuster
If you're using the Sales Navigator Search Export Phantom and notice that your results stop at 2,500, you're not doing anything wrong, that's a built-in Sales Navigator limitation.
Sales Navigator only displays the first 100 pages of any search (with 25 profiles per page), meaning you can only access up to 2,500 profiles per search URL, even if your search shows more results.
How to extract more leads
To go beyond that limit, you can split your search into smaller, more targeted segments and run them separately:
1. Adjust your filters
Use Sales Navigator's filters (e.g. location, seniority, industry, etc.) to create several narrower searches, each returning under 2,500 results.
2. Add your URLs to a spreadsheet
Create a Google Sheet with one search URL per row in column A. This lets you queue up multiple filtered searches at once.
3. Use the Spreadsheet URL input method
Feed this sheet into the Sales Navigator Search Export Phantom to process each search URL individually.
4. Set up automatic launches
Enable automatic launches so the Phantom processes the list over time. This helps stay within safe rate limits and distributes activity during standard business hours.
If you're using the Sales Navigator Search Export Phantom and have access to the multi-account feature, you can also rotate across multiple LinkedIn accounts to help manage larger workloads. Just make sure to stay within recommended safety limits per account.

An easy way to get more leads is to split your search by geography: instead of doing one search for all the US, make one search per US state.
I made a Google Sheet template to easily do that at scale: https://www.tetriz.io/blog/linkedin-sales-navigator-search-templates/
