If you're looking for a receipt after a payment, it's helpful to know that PhantomBuster provides invoices as the official proof of payment. Invoices include all relevant details, such as billing information, tax breakdowns, and payment confirmation, and serve the same purpose as a traditional receipt.

  • How to access your invoices:
    You can download your invoices at any time by following these steps:
    1. Log into your PhantomBuster workspace.
    2. Click your name in the top-right corner.
    3. Select Billing.
    4. Click “See invoices” to view and download past records.
     
  • Additional notes:
    - Receipts are not issued separately. The invoice PDF is the only official payment documentation available.
    - If you need help updating billing details (e.g. company name, address, VAT ID), it’s best to do so before your next billing cycle.
    - Invoices for resource resets are not available, as those are not billed separately.
