How to schedule repeated launches for your Phantom

You can configure your Phantom to launch automatically on a recurring schedule. This is especially useful for ongoing lead engagement, frequent data updates, or staying within platform rate limits by spreading out actions during the day.

Set up a repeated schedule
To schedule regular launches:
1. Open your Phantom’s console
2. Click the three-dot menu (top right) → Setup
3. Go to the Launch settings step
4. Select Repeatedly
5. Choose how often the Phantom should run (e.g. every 2 hours or 6 times per day)
6. Click Save

This option works well when you want to:
- Collect updated results multiple times per day.
- Send LinkedIn invitations or messages gradually.
- Avoid hitting daily limits on platforms like LinkedIn or Instagram.

Use advanced scheduling for more control
If you need more precision, you can create a custom schedule using the Advanced option:
1. In the Launch settings step, select Advanced
2. Choose specific times, days, and months when the Phantom should run
3. Save your settings

This is helpful when:
- You want to limit activity to weekday business hours.
- You are coordinating multiple Phantoms and want to avoid overlap.
- You want full control over timing (e.g. launches at 10:15 and 16:45, Monday–Friday).
All times follow your workspace's time zone.
