If a Phantom doesn’t run as expected, or you just want to check what happened during a launch, the Activity tab and logs are your go-to tools.

Here’s how to access them, and what to look for when reviewing the logs.

How to access the logs:
1. Go to your PhantomBuster dashboard
2. Click the Phantom you want to inspect
→ This opens the console view
3. Click the Activity tab at the top
4. Hover over the launch you want to review
5. Click the “View log” link that appears
→ This opens a detailed log for that specific launch

What the log helps you understand:
- Whether your session cookie was valid and connected.
- If your input (spreadsheet, URL, filters) was successfully loaded.
- Whether the Phantom returned any results.
- If warnings or errors occurred (e.g., no results found, incorrect input format, or missing placeholder values).
- If the results were saved and exported as expected.

Reading the logs can help you troubleshoot faster and make small adjustments without needing to relaunch multiple times. It’s a useful step whenever you’re testing a new setup or reviewing a failed launch.
