From a Sales Navigator Search to an outreach sequence and adding the leads to Hubspot

If you want to go from finding leads in Sales Navigator to sending them to HubSpot, here’s a straightforward setup:

1. Use Sales Navigator Search Export to pull your targeted leads.

2. Send them connection requests with LinkedIn Outreach (no need for Auto Connect + Connections Export as the Outreach automation covers both steps).

3. In your LinkedIn Leads database, create a list filtered by:
- Processed by Phantom → LinkedIn Outreach
- Connection degree = 1st
This makes sure the list only includes people you’ve sent a request to and who have accepted.

4. Feed that filtered list into HubSpot Contact Sender to add them directly to your HubSpot database.

It’s 3 Phantoms, and once you’ve set them up, the whole process runs automatically.
