👤 Removing a contact from a LinkedIn Outreach Phantom that’s already running
If you need to stop a contact from receiving follow-ups after an Outreach Phantom has started, here’s how it works:
⏳ Before the contact enters the flow (hasn’t been processed by step 1 yet):
- Remove them from your LinkedIn Leads list and they won’t get the connection request or any follow-ups.
🔄 After the contact has entered the flow (already processed by step 1):
- Deleting them from the list won’t stop the sequence: they’ll still receive the remaining follow-ups unless they reply.
- The only workaround is to pause the Phantom and start a new one with a clean list that excludes that contact.
🆕 If starting a new Phantom:
- It will treat all leads in the new list as fresh, so remove anyone who already received earlier messages to avoid duplicates.
