How to scrape all new leads across all saved searches (LinkedIn Sales Nav)

Nathan De Troyer

Hi there 👋,

I'm looking for a reliable way to extract all new incoming leads across my 40+ saved searches on LinkedIn Sales Nav (and that for each member of my team → 50x3/4).

Things I've looked at:
- Watcher Mode: seems to only work on a single saved search and thus needing a ghost for each saved search → even on the most expensive plan this is not feasible.

- Saved Search with duplicate remover: unclear if for the volume of leads this will ever get over the 2,5k leads (across all saved searches).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Nathan,

    Thank you for reaching out!

You are correct! The Watcher Mode works with a single URL to extract only the new leads recently added to the search. Sales Navigator displays a limited number of results per search URL: up to 2,500 results for People searches and 1,000 results for Account searches. This means that you won't be able to get more results from a single search URL, but there are several effective ways to collect additional results.

Here’s how to get more results:

    • Create and process multiple searches with filters: Use LinkedIn’s filters (e.g., location, company size, industry, or keyword) to generate multiple search URLs. Place them in a Google Sheet (one URL per row in Column A) and use it as input for the Sales Navigator Search Export. This lets you run many searches at scale and capture more results.
    • Schedule your Phantoms to run automatically: Go to the Launch settings in your Phantom setup and spread launches over workinghours. This helps you collect results gradually and avoid hitting limits.
    • In the Phantom's behaviour advanced settings, you can select the option to Remove duplicate profiles between different searches.
    • Target specific companies when relevant: If you’re focused on particular accounts, use the Sales Navigator Account Employees Export to extract employees from those companies. This helps you go beyond general searches and capture complete employee lists.

Let me know if you have any questions!
