In this article, I’ll show you exactly how to transform ad engagement into sales-ready leads using PhantomBuster.

Step 1: Extract engagers from your ads

Start by selecting a LinkedIn ad post. It can be one of yours or even a competitor’s ad.

  1. On LinkedIn, click on the three dots of the post and select “Copy link to post.”
  2. In PhantomBuster, open the LinkedIn Post Likers Export Phantom.
  3. Paste the post link, save, and launch the Phantom.

This will extract everyone who liked the ad.

  1. Use the LinkedIn Profile Scraper on your new list (“LinkedIn Ads Engagers”).
  2. Enable Email Discovery to find verified professional emails.
  3. Activate Company Enrichment to gather company details (size, industry, website, etc.).

When the Phantom finishes, you’ll have detailed profiles — including emails, roles, and company data — ready for personalized outreach.

Step 4: Launch an outreach sequence

Now it’s time to connect with your ad engagers.

In PhantomBuster:

  1. Open LinkedIn Outreach Sequence (Connect and Send Follow-up Messages).
  2. Select your enriched list as input.
  3. Send connection requests (optionally add a short note).
  4. Schedule 1–2 automated follow-ups, for example:
    • Day 1 after acceptance:
      “Hi {{firstName}}, I saw your interaction on a LinkedIn ad about sales. Curious if you’ve explored tools like PhantomBuster before?”
