PhantomBuster offers several ways to get help: use the Support widget inside your workspace for personalized assistance, browse the Help Center for step-by-step guides and troubleshooting, watch tutorials on the YouTube channel, attend live webinars on Livestorm, or join the Community to connect with other users. View your past support requests

If you've previously contacted PhantomBuster's Customer Care Team, you can view your past tickets, replies, and status updates through your Help Center account.

What you'll need: the same email address you used when contacting support.

Steps:

  1. Go to the PhantomBuster Help Center and click Sign in in the top-right corner.
  2. If you've never created a Help Center account (you only emailed or chatted with support before), click "Emailed us for support? Get a password", enter your email, and follow the reset-password link in your inbox.
  3. Once signed in, click your name in the top-right corner and select Requests.
