To reset your PhantomBuster password, go to the Password Reset Page, enter your account email, and click "Send me an email." Open the reset link from your inbox and follow the instructions to set a new password. If the link doesn't work, try opening it in a private or incognito browser window. If you're already logged in and just want to change your password, you can do so from My Personal Settings without resetting it.

How to reset your password

1. Log out of your PhantomBuster workspace (if you're logged in).

2. Go to the Password Reset Page.

3. Enter the email address linked to your PhantomBuster workspace and click on Send me an email.

4. Open the reset link sent to your inbox and follow the instructions to set a new password.

If the Reset link does not work

Sometimes, browser sessions or cache can block the reset process. Try opening the reset link in a private or incognito window:

  • In Google Chrome:
    • Windows/Linux/Chrome OS: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Mac: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • In Mozilla Firefox:
    • Windows/Linux: Shift + Ctrl + P
    • Mac: Shift + + P
