Click any company name in the LinkedIn Leads page to open a side panel with three tabs. The Information tab shows company data like industry, size, location, and year founded. The People tab lists all leads in your workspace who work at that company. The Similar companies tab suggests lookalike organizations based on LinkedIn's company graph. Company data is only available for organizations linked to individual LinkedIn profiles you have collected, data scraped directly from company pages isn't displayed.

Note on company data:
Company insights in the LinkedIn Leads page are only available for organizations linked to individual LinkedIn profiles you've collected.

Data scraped directly from company pages (for example, with the LinkedIn Company Scraper or LinkedIn Search Export) is not displayed in the Leads page.

How to open the company panel

From any list in the LinkedIn Leads page:

  • Click on the company name in a lead's row.
  • A side panel opens on the right with company details, organized into three tabs: Information, People, and Similar companies.

PhantomBuster currently has insights on over 3 million companies. If no data appears when you click a company name, it means that company hasn't been indexed yet. New companies are added regularly as more profiles are collected.

Company panel tabs

Each tab in the company panel answers a different question:

  • Information → What do we know about this company?
  • People → Who from this company have I already collected?
  • Similar companies → Which other companies look like this one?

Information tab: company data and context

The Information tab gives you a snapshot of the organization linked to your lead.

This data is used to quickly qualify accounts and assess whether a company fits your ideal customer profile.

You may see:

  • Company name and description
  • Company website
  • Company type (e.g. Organization, Business)
  • Company size (e.g. 51–200 employees)
  • Industry (e.g. Software Development)
  • Location
  • Year founded
  • Number of LinkedIn followers
  • Number of associated leads: the number of leads in your Workspace whose LinkedIn profile lists this company.

People tab: leads associated with the company

The People tab lists all leads in your Workspace who are associated with the selected company.

For each lead, you'll see:

  • Full name
  • Job title
  • Direct link to their LinkedIn profile

Use this tab to:

  • See how many people from the same company are already in your pipeline
  • Identify key contacts or decision-makers
  • Spot gaps in coverage across roles or departments

Clicking on a person's name opens their individual lead panel, where you can review their data, AI enrichment, and automation history.

Similar companies tab: find lookalike accounts

The Similar companies tab helps you discover organizations that resemble the one you're viewing.

These suggestions are based on LinkedIn company data and may include:

  • Company name
  • Industry
  • Location
  • Company size
  • A direct link to open that company in the same panel

These suggestions are pulled from LinkedIn's company graph and give you a fast way to identify lookalike accounts, ideal for expanding your outreach to organizations in the same space, size range, or vertical.

This is especially helpful for:

  • Account-based targeting
  • Prospecting beyond known leads
  • Building segment-based lead lists (e.g. similar B2B SaaS companies in Europe)
