How to Use Quick Actions to Launch Automations from LinkedIn Lead Lists

Quick actions are shortcut buttons available at the top of any custom lead list in the LinkedIn Leads page. There are four buttons: Enrich list, Engage with list, Find emails, and Send to HubSpot. Each one opens the relevant Phantom or Workflow with your list pre-loaded as input, so you can launch automations without setting up data sources manually. Quick actions aren't available on the All Leads view, only on custom lists.

Where to find quick actions

Quick actions are only available for your custom lists on the LinkedIn Leads page. You won't see these buttons on your All Leads view.

To find them:

  1. Go to your LinkedIn Leads page.
  2. Click into any of your custom lists.
  3. At the top of the list view, you'll see four quick-action buttons:
  • Enrich list
  • Engage with list
  • Find emails
  • Send to HubSpot

These buttons let you quickly launch the right automation using the leads from your selected list.

What each button does

Enrich list

This action opens a menu of enrichment Phantoms you can use to gather more data on your leads (e.g. job titles, profile insights).

  • Once you select a Phantom, you're taken to its setup steps.
  • The Data to process step is already pre-filled with your selected custom list. You can check it and save it and configure the other steps.

Engage with list

This action opens a menu of outreach Phantoms and Workflows.

  • Once you select a Phantom or Workflow, you're taken to its setup steps.
  • The Leads to process step is pre-filled with your selected custom list.
  • You can check it and save it and configure the other steps, before you launch to engage all selected leads.

Find emails

This action opens the Professional Email Finder Phantom:

  • Your selected custom list is automatically loaded.
  • You'll see exactly how many leads will be processed (e.g. Run for 128 leads).
  • Your available email credits are displayed upfront (e.g. 2,500 remaining).

Click on the Run for [Number of leads] button to launch the Phantom instantly. 
You'll see each step the Phantom takes, and can track its progress directly from your PhantomBuster Dashboard.

How to use the Find emails quick action to launch the Professional Email Finder from a LinkedIn lead list

To improve match quality, make sure your leads have First name, Last name, Company, Website, and Phone where available.

Send to HubSpot

This action opens the HubSpot Contact Sender Phantom:

  • The Data to send step is pre-filled with your selected custom list.
  • Review the rest of the setup and send the leads to HubSpot directly.

Make sure your workspace is connected to HubSpot before using this option.

What happens after launch

When the automation runs:

  • It processes only the leads from your selected custom list.
  • Any new data such as verified emails, enrichment, or outreach status, is saved back to the LinkedIn Leads page.
  • Leads are updated automatically, with no duplicates created.
  • The launched Phantom or Workflow appears in your PhantomBuster Dashboard, where you can track progress, view logs, and access results.

Best practices

  • Apply filters first to make sure your list is clean and targeted.
  • Enrich before engaging to personalize outreach and improve email match rates.
  • Use the People tab in the company panel to find multiple contacts from the same company.
  • Add exclusion filters (e.g. Job title is not "CEO") to break your audience into multiple campaigns.

Frequently asked questions

Why don't I see quick action buttons on my Leads page?

Quick actions only appear on custom lead lists. They aren't available on the All Leads view. Create a filtered list first, then the buttons will appear at the top.

Do quick actions create a new Phantom every time?

If the Phantom already exists in your dashboard, it will open its setup for you to review. If not, it creates a new one with your list pre-loaded as input.

Can I use Find emails without email credits?

The Find emails button shows your available credits before you launch. If you have no remaining credits, you will need to wait to have more before running the Phantom.

Does Send to HubSpot work without connecting HubSpot first?

No. Your Workspace must be connected to HubSpot before using this action. If it isn't connected, you will need to set up the integration first.
