Click any lead's name in the LinkedIn Leads page to open a side panel with three tabs. The Information tab shows all collected profile, company, and contact data. The AI enrichment tab shows insights, summaries, or draft messages generated by AI Phantoms. The History tab shows a full timeline of every automation that added or updated the lead. The panel always displays the most recent data available across all automations that have processed the lead.

How to open a lead panel

From any list in the LinkedIn Leads page:

  • Click on a lead's name.
  • A side panel opens on the right with all available details for that lead.

This panel always shows the most up-to-date information collected across your automations.

What each tab shows

Each tab in the lead panel answers a specific question:

  • Information → What data do I currently have for this lead?
  • AI enrichment → Has AI generated insights or messages for this lead?
  • History → Which automations interacted with this lead, and when?

For example:

  • A lead extracted with LinkedIn Search Export will usually include: first name, last name, job title, company name, and public profile URL.
  • A lead enriched with LinkedIn Profile Scraper may contain more detail: like emails, education history, or job summaries.

Information tab: lead data and field values

The Information tab shows all supported data collected for the lead by compatible Phantoms and Workflows.

The fields shown below are an example of what you might see for a lead collected using the LinkedIn Search Export.

Core lead details

  • First name, last name
  • Job title and company name
  • LinkedIn profile URL (clickable)
  • Company LinkedIn page
  • Job start date or range

Company and location information

  • Industry
  • Location

Contact details (when available)

  • Professional and personal emails
  • Phone numbers
  • Websites

Additional information (collapsed by default)

  • Previous roles and companies
  • Previous company LinkedIn page
  • Education details
  • LinkedIn connections URL
  • Mutual connections URL

Timestamps and origin

  • Created at / Created by
  • Last updated / Last updated by.

Not all fields will be available for every lead. It depends on the Phantom or Workflow used and what data was accessible at the time.
The LinkedIn Leads page always keeps the latest known value for each field. If a lead is enriched again later, newer data replaces older values.

→ For a complete list of supported fields and how column visibility works, see LinkedIn Leads Page Fields.

AI enrichment tab: generated insights and suggestions

The AI enrichment tab shows content generated by AI Phantoms, such as:

  • Profile summaries
  • Insights and segmentation signals
  • Draft outreach messages

If AI enrichment has already been run, the generated fields appear directly in this tab.

If not, click Discover AI Phantoms to see compatible options you can launch.

Any enriched fields are saved directly to the lead and can be used in filters, exports, or follow-up automations.

History tab: automation activity and updates

The History tab shows a complete timeline of everything that happened to the lead.

  • When the lead was created
  • When it was last updated
  • Which Phantom or Workflow added or enriched the lead
  • Which team member ran each automation

Each automation name links directly to its console, so you can review execution details if needed.

When to use the History tab

Use this tab if you want to:

  • Understand where a lead came from.
  • See which automations interacted with it over time.
  • Explain why a field was added, updated, or changed.

About "Last updated by"

The Last updated by value shown in the Leads listreflects only the most recent automation that updated a lead.

The History tab shows the full automation timeline, including all past interactions.

You can control whether this field appears in your Leads list using the Manage columns menu:

  1. Open the LinkedIn Leads page.
  2. Click the Manage columns icon in the top-right corner of the table.
  3. Enable Last updated by from the list of available columns.

Once enabled, the column appears in your lead lists and shows the last automation that updated each lead.

Frequently asked questions

Can I edit lead data directly from the panel?

Yes. You can manually update fields like email addresses or phone numbers from the Information tab without re-scraping. Your edits are preserved, future Phantom runs won't overwrite them. Any fields you haven't manually changed continue to update automatically.

How do I launch AI enrichment from the lead panel?

Open the AI enrichment tab and click Discover AI Phantoms. This shows compatible AI Phantoms you can run on the lead to generate summaries, insights, or personalized messages.
