You can export leads from the LinkedIn Leads page as a CSV file, either the entire list or a selection. The CSV includes all available fields, even columns hidden in the UI. To delete leads, select them individually with checkboxes (up to 50 per page) or create a filtered list and use Delete all filtered leads for bulk removal. Deleted leads cannot be recovered. Manual edits you make to a lead are preserved, future automations will not overwrite fields you have changed by hand.

Export leads from a list

You can export any lead list as a CSV file for use outside PhantomBuster.

To export:

  1. Log in to your PhantomBuster workspace, and open the LinkedIn leads page.
  2. Select an existing list or create a new one using filters.
  3. You now have two export options:
    • Export the entire list:
Click the Export icon in the top-right corner of the list view. This exports all leads in the list.
Export icon location in the LinkedIn leads list view to export all leads
    • Export specific leads only:
Use the checkboxes to select individual leads.
A menu bar appears at the bottom of the screen showing:
      - How many leads you've selected.
      - Options to Add to list, Export, or Delete selected leads. Select Export selected leads.

All available fields are included in the CSV export, even if some columns are hidden in the UI.
There is no option to export only visible columns.

What data is included in exports

Not all lead details are shown directly in the LinkedIn Leads page. Some fields, like the profile picture or search terms used, are only available in the Phantom's downloadable results file.

Examples of fields only visible in the CSV

  • Profile picture (ImgUrl).
  • Search keyword used to find the lead (Query).
  • Number of mutual connections.

To access these hidden fields

  1. Log in to your PhantomBuster Dashboard, locate and open your Phantom's console.
  2. From the Results tab, click the Download results button to get the full CSV file.
  3. Open the file in your spreadsheet tool to review the results.

The spreadsheet will contain all fields, even those not visible in the Leads UI.

Delete leads from your LinkedIn leads page

You can delete leads one by one, or in larger batches.

Deleted leads cannot be recovered, so make sure to export a backup before removing them.

To delete a single lead:

  1. Go to the All Leads tab in the LinkedIn Leads page and search for the lead you want to remove.
  2. Use the checkbox to select it.
  3. A menu bar will appear at the bottom, click Delete selected lead.

Selecting more than 50 leads at once

You can only manually select up to 50 leads at a time using the checkboxes, this limit applies per page.

To delete or export larger groups, we recommend creating a filtered list:

  1. Click the plus button to create a new lead list and name it.
  2. Use filters (like job title, connection degree, or Phantom used) to define which leads you want to include.
  3. Click Save changes.
  4. Open the filtered list.

From here, you can:

  • Click Export to download all matching leads.
  • Click Delete all filtered leads to remove them in bulk.

This approach lets you take action on hundreds or thousands of leads at once, far beyond the 50-per-page manual limit.

What happens when you manually edit a lead

If you change a lead's info manually (e.g. job title, company name):

  • PhantomBuster will not overwrite those edits during future automations.
  • You can still edit the lead manually again at any time.
  • Any fields you haven't changed will continue to update automatically with your Phantoms.

Are duplicates ever created

No. Each LinkedIn profile is saved once only, based on the profile URL.

If the same person is collected again by another Phantom:

  • The profile is updated with any new information (like a new job).
  • A duplicate is never created.

This keeps your database clean while ensuring your lead info stays up to date.

Frequently asked questions

Can I export only specific columns from the LinkedIn Leads page?

No. The CSV export includes all available fields, even if some columns are hidden in the UI. There is no option to export only visible columns.

How do I delete more than 50 leads at once?

Create a filtered list that matches the leads you want to remove, then click Delete all filtered leads. This lets you delete hundreds or thousands of leads in one action.

Can I recover deleted leads?

No. Deleted leads can't be recovered. Always export a backup before deleting.

Will automations overwrite changes I made manually to a lead?

No. Fields you edit manually are preserved. Only fields you haven't changed will continue to update automatically when a Phantom processes that lead again.

Are there fields in the export that I can't see in the Leads page?

Yes. Some fields like profile picture URL, search keyword used, and number of mutual connections are only available in the CSV export or in the Phantom's downloadable results file.
