Known issues

Phantom impacted Error displayed Description Recommendation Status
LinkedIn Phantoms "Action Required: LinkedIn UI Blocking Phantom"

LinkedIn has introduced a new consent message related to updated advertising settings. This results in a personalized ads consent pop-up appearing when logging into LinkedIn.
This pop-up blocks the Phantom execution, as the automation cannot proceed until the prompt is handled.

Action is required on the user side.
LinkedIn has updated its advertising settings, so a personalized ads consent pop-up has appeared on user's LinkedIn accounts. You need to log in to your LinkedIn account manually and either accept or decline the consent prompt. After that, your Phantom will be able to run normally.

LinkedIn Activity Extractor "No activity found"

We’ve identified an issue that is affecting the Phantom where it failed to scrape Newsletter due to loading issue on LinkedIn's side.

Due to recent LinkedIn changes, some users may not be able to scrape Newsletter data.

Our engineering team has confirmed the root cause.

You can continue to use your Phantom to scrape other activities.

We recommend checking if you are able to load Newsletters directly on LinkedIn website and reaching out to LinkedIn support to inform them that the Newsletter page isn't loading correctly.
🟡 Known Issue
LinkedIn Company Employees Export "No results found"

We’ve identified an issue affecting the LinkedIn Company Employees Export Phantom used for scraping company employees.

Due to recent LinkedIn changes, some users may encounter an error when running the Phantom with active job title filters (e.g. CEO OR Manager OR Director).

Our engineering team has confirmed the root cause.

At this time, the behavior is linked to changes on LinkedIn’s side that impact how keyword-based job title filters are handled.

You can continue using your Phantom by:

  • Running the Phantom with the job title filter left empty

  • Contacting LinkedIn support to inform them that keyword search is not working as it previously did

  • Using the LinkedIn Search Export Phantom instead, and including your job title filters directly in the LinkedIn search bar when generating your search URL

🟡 Known Issue

LinkedIn Auto Connect

LinkedIn Outreach

LinkedIn Search to Lead Outreach

LinkedIn Search to Lead Connection

LinkedIn Group Members to Outreach

LinkedIn Post Engagers to Lead Outreach

LinkedIn Company Follower Collector to Outreach

LinkedIn Search to Outreach

"Error loading Send modal"

We’ve identified an issue affecting LinkedIn Phantoms used for outreach where Phantom successfully connects to LinkedIn, but in some cases, it does not send the invitation as expected.

This behavior is related to LinkedIn-imposed limits, which are especially noticeable on free LinkedIn accounts.

Our engineering team has confirmed the root cause.

Since the Phantom is functioning correctly within these platform-imposed constraints, we've updated the error message to better reflect what’s happening - so it’s clearer when the issue is tied to LinkedIn limitations.

You can continue using your Phantom when:

  • The LinkedIn limit resets (typically weekly), or
  • You decide to upgrade to a premium LinkedIn account, which offers higher activity thresholds.
🟡 Known Issue
LinkedIn Auto Invitation Withdrawer -

We’ve identified an issue with the LinkedIn Auto Invitation Withdrawer. While the Phantom connects to LinkedIn successfully, it does not always withdraw invitations in the exact oldest → newest order. Instead, some of the oldest invitations at the very bottom of your list may be skipped. Once those are ignored, the Phantom continues withdrawing invitations in the expected sequence.

This behavior is caused by recent changes on LinkedIn’s platform that prevent the bottom part of your sent invitations from being fully visible.

Our engineering team has confirmed the root cause and is tracking this, but since the Phantom continues to function in most cases, a full fix is not prioritized at the moment.

We are monitoring the situation and will update if a long-term solution becomes available.

You can continue to use your Phantom - it will still withdraw invitations from oldest to newest, aside from those that LinkedIn currently hides. 🟡 Known Issue
Sales Navigator Phantoms

LinkedIn Phantoms
The results are in another language

We've identified an issue with Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Phantoms. While the Phantom connects to LinkedIn successfully and processes the input, results may be returned in the wrong language (French, Dutch, etc.) instead of the language set in the account.

This behavior is caused by a recent change on LinkedIn's platform as they now override the account language setting based on IP geolocation.

Our engineering team has confirmed the root cause and is tracking this. As the fix may also come from LinkedIn's side, a full fix is not prioritized at the moment.

You can continue using your Phantoms and get results in English by:
