Why you’re seeing this
This message appears when your Phantom is still running and hasn't completed its launch yet. Results can't be displayed until the run finishes successfully.

Common situations where this appears:
- The Phantom has just been launched and is still processing.
- The input file contains many rows.
- The platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.) is loading slowly.
While the launch is in progress, the results page remains empty.
How to check your Phantom's status
There is nothing to fix. You need to wait for the launch to complete. To check where things stand:
- Open your Phantom’s console.
- Go to the Activity tab.
- Look at the status of the latest run:
- Running → The Phantom is still working. Wait until it finishes.
- Success → Refresh the page. Results should now appear.
- Error → Click View log to see what stopped the run.
If the run is still active, allow it to finish before refreshing the results page.
If results still don't appear
If the run shows Success but no results appear after refreshing, the run has been stuck in "Running" for an unusually long time, or the Activity tab shows a red error status - open the launch log to identify what stopped the run.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a typical Phantom run take?
It depends on the Phantom and your input size. A small list of 10–20 profiles might finish in a few minutes. Large exports with hundreds of rows can take 30 minutes or longer. Check the Activity tab for a live progress indicator.
What if the Phantom has been running for hours?
Some Phantoms with very large inputs or slow-loading platforms can take a while, but if a run has been stuck for over an hour with no progress in the log, something may have gone wrong. Check the console log for errors or contact Customer Care.
Will I lose results if I refresh the page?
No. Refreshing the results page doesn't affect the Phantom run. It just reloads what's available. If the run is still in progress, you'll see the same "nothing to see" message until it completes.
What does a red error status mean?
It means the run ended with an error. Click View log to see the specific error message. Common causes include expired session cookies, invalid input, or platform rate limits - each has its own troubleshooting article.
Does this message appear for Workflows too?
Yes. Workflows show the same message while they're still processing. Since Workflows have multiple steps (e.g. scrape → connect → message), they often take longer before results appear.
