If a Phantom has vanished from your dashboard, it's almost always one of two things: you're viewing a different workspace, or the Phantom was deleted. If you still have its ID, you can jump straight to it with a direct URL. Note that deleted Phantoms can't be restored.
Check you're in the right workspace
If you have access to more than one Workspace, a Phantom created in another one won't appear in the one you're currently viewing.
Switch Workspaces from the Workspace switcher and look again.
The Phantom may have been deleted
Deleting a Phantom is permanent: it removes the setup, launch history, and results, and it can't be undone.
A deleted Phantom won't reappear in the Dashboard and can't be recovered.

Open a Phantom directly with its ID
If you have the Phantom's numeric ID but can't see it in the dashboard, you can go straight to it by building its URL from your Workspace ID and the Phantom ID:
- Workspace ID: visible in your browser URL when logged in (e.g. https://phantombuster.com/5207700493102741/... → your Workspace ID is 5207700493102741).
- Phantom ID: the one you already have.
Format: https://phantombuster.com/{workspace\_id}/phantoms/{phantom\_id}/console
Example: https://phantombuster.com/5207700493102741/phantoms/2312583770762396/console
Paste it into your browser to open the Phantom directly.
Frequently asked questions
Where did my Phantom go? I can't find it.
Most often you're viewing a different Workspace, or it was deleted. Switch Workspaces to check; if it was deleted, it can't be recovered.
Can I recover a deleted Phantom?
No, deleting is permanent and removes the setup, history, and results.
See Edit or Delete a Phantom.
I have the Phantom ID but still can't see it, how do I open it?
Build the direct console URL from your Workspace ID and Phantom ID (see above).
Where do I find my Phantom ID?
It's the number after /phantoms/ in the Phantom's console URL.
