PhantomBuster offers three paid plans: Start, Grow, and Scale, plus a 14-day free trial. All plans include access to Phantoms, Workflows, unlimited CSV/JSON exports, API access, and up to 100 workspace members. Plans differ by execution time, Phantom slots, AI credits, email credits, URL finder credits, CAPTCHA-solving credits, and storage space. Resources are shared across all workspace members and reset each billing cycle.
How PhantomBuster pricing works
Plans are not differentiated by number of users. Each workspace can include up to 100 members, and differences between plans are based on shared workspace resources.

- Unlimited exports: All paid plans include full CSV/JSON downloads of your Phantom results.
- Storage space: Each plan includes dedicated cloud storage for saving your Phantom results. The amount of storage available depends on your plan.

Are there limits on data exports
Yes, data export limits depend on your plan:

Free plan & Free trial: Limited to 10 results per export.
To export more than 10 results at once, consider upgrading to a paid plan for unlimited exports. - All Paid Plans: Include unlimited CSV and JSON downloads with no restriction.
How promotions, coupons and referral discounts work
PhantomBuster doesn't use manual coupon code fields at checkout. Instead, discounts are applied through special referral or promotion links.
How promotions work
- When you click a valid referral or promotion link, the discount is automatically applied during signup.
- You will see the discounted price on your Billing page before upgrading from the free trial.
- Examples include limited-time promotions and partner programs.
How to apply a referral discount
- Click the referral or promotion link.
- Create your PhantomBuster account and start the free trial.
- Open the Billing page to confirm that the discount has been applied.
If your account was created before clicking the referral link, the discount won't be applied automatically. Get in touch with our Customer Care Team and we'll assist you.
Monthly vs annual billing
You can choose to be billed monthly or annually. Annual billing offers a discount compared to month-to-month pricing.
To change billing frequency:
- Log in your PhantomBuster workspace and hover over your name in the top-right corner to access your User menu.
- If you have more than one workspace, make sure the correct one is selected from the dropdown. Look for the ✔️ symbol next to the active workspace name.
- Under your Workspace section, select Billing.
- Use the toggle at the top of the page to choose Monthly or Annual.
- Select your preferred plan and confirm.
All prices are shown in either Euros (€) or US Dollars ($), excluding VAT, depending on your location.
How your billing currency is determined
PhantomBuster supports billing in Euros (€) or US Dollars ($) depending on your location:
- Users in Europe are typically billed in EUR.
- Users outside Europe are billed in USD.
- If you subscribed with USD in the past (even from Europe), you'll stay on USD.
Your billing currency is set during your first payment and cannot be changed later.
How workspace subscriptions work
Each workspace in PhantomBuster has its own plan, billing, and resources:
- Resources (execution time, slots, credits) are shared across all members in that workspace.
- You can create multiple workspaces (e.g. for different clients) each with its own subscription.
- External contributors added via a LinkedIn magic link are not full members, they don't consume resources or require an invite.
If you need more resources, you can upgrade your plan at any time, inside the Billing dashboard. And if you need more resources than the Scale plan provides, you can get a custom solution that fits your needs.

Frequently asked questions
How many users can I add to a PhantomBuster Workspace?
All plans support up to 100 members per Workspace. Plans aren't differentiated by number of users, differences are based on shared Workspace resources.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Your Workspace automatically moves to the Free plan unless you choose to upgrade to a paid plan before the trial expires.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Go to your Billing page in your Workspace settings and use the toggle at the top to switch between Monthly and Annual. Annual billing offers a 20% discount.
Can I change my billing currency?
No. Your billing currency (EUR or USD) is set during your first payment and can't be changed later. Users in Europe are typically billed in EUR, and users outside Europe in USD.
Can I pay less by removing credits from my plan (email discovery, AI, URL finder, CAPTCHA-solving)?
No. All credits are included in your plan as part of the overall package, they can't be removed or traded for a discount. If you don't use them, they simply go unused and reset at the start of each billing cycle. If you'd like to lower your bill, the only option is to downgrade to a lower plan.
