This guide will walk you through each of the available subscription plans and their included resources.

What is PhantomBuster's pricing model

PhantomBuster offers usage-based pricing. Each plan provides a set of resources so you can choose the right one depending on your needs and how much you’d like to automate.

Below, you will find a quick breakdown of the plans and what they include.

With any of the paid plans, you will also have access to the Phantom Community and priority support handling.

What resources are included in each plan

  • Execution time: The amount of time (measured in hours per month) that your Phantoms can run. More hours mean more launches can be handled automatically.
  • AI credits: The number of OpenAI credits you can use to boost your AI Phantoms.
  • Slots: The number of Phantoms you can have on your Dashboard.
  • Export: The amount of data you can export from the platform.
  • Email credits: The number of credits available to discover professional, verified email addresses.

Plan breakdown

Starter Plan

  • Execution time: 20 hours, resetting every month.
  • AI credits: 10K, resetting every month.
  • Slots: 5, adding up to 5 Phantoms to your Dashboard.
  • Export: Unlimited export.
  • Email credits: 500, resetting every month.

Pro Plan

  • Execution time: 80 hours, resetting every month.
  • AI credits: 30K, resetting every month.
  • Slots: 15, adding up to 15 Phantoms to your Dashboard.
  • Export: Unlimited export.
  • Email credits: 2 500, resetting every month.

Team Plan

  • Execution time: 300 hours, resetting every month.
  • AI credits: 90K, resetting every month.
  • Slots: 50, adding up to 50 Phantoms to your Dashboard.
  • Export: Unlimited export.
  • Email credits: 10 000, resetting every month.

How do you choose between annual or monthly billing

Before finalizing the plan that best suits your needs, decide whether you would prefer to be billed annually or monthly. Use the toggle available on your Billing page to select your preferred billing option.

How is your billing currency determined

PhantomBuster is designed to accommodate users worldwide. Depending on your location, you will be billed in either US Dollars or Euros. The currency displayed on the pricing page reflects the one you will be charged, which will also appear on your invoice. 

The currency is automatically determined at the time of subscription based on your location and remains fixed throughout your subscription - It cannot be changed once set. 

How can you upgrade your plan or request a custom solution

If you need more resources, you can upgrade your plan at any time, inside the Billing dashboard.

If you need more resources than the Team plan provides, you can get a custom solution that fits your needs. Custom plans are available by request.

PhantomBuster plans are purchased per workspace, and each workspace has its own subscription. If you are the only member, you will be the sole user of the workspace's resources. When a workspace has multiple members, all invited members can access and share the same resources—such as execution time, slots, and connected accounts. 
Note: Connecting someone’s LinkedIn account via a magic link does not make them a workspace member. These external contributors do not have login access and cannot use the workspace's resources directly.
