How PhantomBuster pricing works
PhantomBuster offers a usage-based subscription model. Each plan includes a set of monthly resources that reset every billing cycle:

What each plan includes
All PhantomBuster plans give you access to Phantoms and Workflows, export features, and community resources.
Here’s what each plan offers:
Starter Plan
Best for individuals or small-scale automation setups.
- Execution time: 20 hours, resetting every month.
- AI credits: 10K, resetting every month.
- Slots: 5, adding up to 5 Phantoms to your Dashboard.
- Export: Unlimited export.
- Email credits: 500, resetting every month.
Pro Plan
Designed for freelancers or growing teams.
- Execution time: 80 hours, resetting every month.
- AI credits: 30K, resetting every month.
- Slots: 15, adding up to 15 Phantoms to your Dashboard.
- Export: Unlimited export.
- Email credits: 2 500, resetting every month.
Team Plan
Built for agencies and power users.
- Execution time: 300 hours, resetting every month.
- AI credits: 90K, resetting every month.
- Slots: 50, adding up to 50 Phantoms to your Dashboard.
- Export: Unlimited export.
- Email credits: 10 000, resetting every month.

Are there limits on data exports
Yes, data export limits depend on your plan:

Free plan & Free trial: Limited to 10 results per export.
To export more than 10 results at once, consider upgrading to a paid plan for unlimited exports. - All Paid Plans: Include unlimited CSV and JSON downloads with no restriction.
Monthly vs annual billing
You can choose to be billed monthly or annually. Annual billing offers a discount compared to month-to-month pricing.
To change billing frequency:
- Log in your PhantomBuster workspace and hover over your name in the top-right corner to access your User menu.
- If you have more than one workspace, make sure the correct one is selected from the dropdown. Look for the ✔️ symbol next to the active workspace name.
- Under your Workspace section, select Billing.
- Use the toggle at the top of the page to choose Monthly or Annual.

Select your preferred plan and confirm.
All prices are shown in either Euros (€) or US Dollars ($), excluding VAT, depending on your location.
How your billing currency determined
PhantomBuster supports billing in Euros (€) or US Dollars ($) depending on your location:

Users in Europe are typically billed in EUR.

Users outside Europe are billed in USD.

If you subscribed with USD in the past (even from Europe), you'll stay on USD.
Your billing currency is set during your first payment and cannot be changed later.
How workspace subscriptions work
Each workspace in PhantomBuster has its own plan, billing, and resources:
- Resources (execution time, slots, credits) are shared across all members in that workspace.
- You can create multiple workspaces (e.g. for different clients) each with its own subscription.
- External contributors added via a LinkedIn magic link are not full members, they don’t consume resources or require an invite.
If you need more resources, you can upgrade your plan at any time, inside the Billing dashboard. And if you need more resources than the Team plan provides, you can get a custom solution that fits your needs. Custom plans are available by request.
