Slot usage

1 slot

Estimated execution time

~45 seconds per 800 followers

What you'll need

  • A connected LinkedIn account (use the PhantomBuster browser extension)
  • One LinkedIn company page URL
  • Admin access to the LinkedIn Company Page you want to extract followers from

→ See the full breakdown of all input fields in the detailed section below.

What you’ll get

  • Up to 10,000 followers per run
  • Follower names and LinkedIn profile URLs
  • Headline, connection degree, and follow date

→ See the full breakdown of all output fields in the detailed section below.

Before you start

  • LinkedIn only lets page admins view/export their page’s followers. This Phantom won’t extract followers from pages you don’t administer.
→ If someone else is the admin, they can either connect their LinkedIn session in your Phantom or provide their session cookie.
  • Awareness of LinkedIn’s safety limits:
    • LinkedIn exposes up to 10,000 followers per page, per run. If your page has more, the Phantom stops at 10,000.
    • Future runs will only capture new followers added since the last launch.
    • Keep your total LinkedIn activity under 2,500 requests per day, per account to avoid hitting LinkedIn’s rate limits.
    • Extract one company page at a time and spread runs during weekday office hours.

Step 1: Connect your LinkedIn account

To let the Phantom act on your behalf:

  1. Install the PhantomBuster browser extension and connect your LinkedIn session in one click.
  2. If you’re not using Chrome or Firefox, you can retrieve your session cookie manually (see our cookie guide).

Check your browser user agent
Make sure your browser is up to date before connecting your account.
→ If your Chrome or Firefox version is outdated, your session cookie may expire much more quickly, and you’ll need to reconnect often.

Step 2: Provide your Company Page URL

  • Paste the LinkedIn Company Page URL (e.g., https://www.linkedin.com/company/...) into the setup field.
  • Reminder: You must be an admin of this page for the Phantom to access follower data.

Step 3: Choose how many followers to extract per launch

Control how much the Phantom processes on each run:

  • Number of followers to extract per company (optional):
    • Leave empty to attempt all available followers (up to 10,000 per run).
    • Enter a smaller number to limit each run (useful when you prefer multiple lighter launches).
  • Safety tips:
    • Stick to one page per run and space out launches during office hours.
    • If your page has more than 10,000 followers, schedule recurring runs (e.g., weekly) to capture newly added followers over time.

Step 4: Select launch frequency

Choose how often the Phantom should run:

  1. Launch manually: Start the Phantom yourself whenever you need.
  2. Launch once at a specific time: schedule a one-time run at a set date and time.
  3. Launch repeatedly: schedule regular runs (e.g. once per day, several times during working hours).
  4. Launch after another Phantom: chain automations together so this Phantom starts right after another finishes.
  5. Advanced scheduling: customize the exact minutes, hours, days, or months when the Phantom should run.

→ For a complete walkthrough of scheduling options, see our guide to scheduling Phantoms automatically.

Step 5 (Optional): Advanced settings

Advanced settings are available if you want to fine-tune how your Phantom runs, but by default they’re already optimized for most use cases.

We recommend leaving them as they are unless a guide specifically instructs you to change something.

→ For a detailed overview of all advanced options (like execution limits, retries, email notifications, proxies, webhooks, and file management), see our Advanced settings guide.

Launch and results

When you’re ready:

  1. Click Launch to start your Phantom.
  2. Once it finishes, open the Results tab in the Phantom console to see the data collected.
  3. Download your results as a CSV or JSON file, or view them as a dynamic list on the LinkedIn Leads page.

To learn how to export your data to Google Sheets, integrate with other tools, or reuse it in more automations, check our Access and Export your Phantom Results guide.

Export and input limits on the Free plan
If you’re on the Free plan or Free trial, some features are limited:
- CSV exports include only the first 10 rows of results.
- CSV download links (for dynamic viewing in Google Sheets or integrations) are not available.
- JSON exports are not available.
- CSV upload as an input method is not supported.
To unlock all features, you’ll need to upgrade to a paid plan.

Tips and troubleshooting

Common pitfalls

  • "Admin rights for company page missing" error → the LinkedIn account connected to the Phantom doesn't have admin access to the Company Page. Make sure the connected session cookie belongs to a LinkedIn account with admin rights on that page. If the admin is someone else on your team, invite their account from your Users & accounts page, or use the magic link to request their session as an external contributor.
  • Trying to use multiple Company Page URLs → This Phantom only supports one Company Page URL per launch. To extract followers from multiple pages, create a separate Phantom for each page.
  • Wrong URL → make sure it’s the Company Page URL (not a post or personal profile).
  • Large pages → expect the 10,000-per-run cap; schedule recurring runs to pick up new followers over time.
  • Unnatural patterns → Avoid scheduling runs outside of normal business hours.

If you run into issues

Suggested automations

Turn followers into pipeline:

  • LinkedIn Outreach → send personalized connection requests or messages directly to your followers.
  • LinkedIn Profile Scraper → enrich follower profiles with additional details, such as job titles, industries, and professional emails.
