Your PhantomBuster invoice shows your plan name, billing period, payment amount, company details (if configured), and VAT charges (if applicable). Invoices are issued in either USD or EUR based on where your first payment was made, this can't be changed later. You can find and download invoices from the Billing page in your Workspace.

What your invoice includes
Your invoice will reflect the billing details you have provided in your Workspace settings, such as the company name, address, and VAT ID (where applicable).
You'll typically see:

| Invoice Date | The date when the invoice was generated |
| Billed by | The billing entity's details (The Phantom Company) |
| Bill to | Your company's billing details including company name, address, and Tax ID |
| Description | Details of the service being charged: plan type, service period (start and end date), unit price per month or year, subtotal without VAT, and final total including VAT |
| Payment methods | The payment method used (for example Credit Card) and the date of payment |

How invoice currency is determined
PhantomBuster invoices are issued in either US Dollars (USD $) or Euros (€) depending on your first payment:
- If your first payment was made from within Europe → your invoices will be in EUR (€).
- If your first payment was made outside Europe or in USD → your invoices will be in USD ($).
Once your first invoice is issued, the billing currency cannot be changed.

Can I change the currency on my PhantomBuster invoice?
No. Invoice currency is set based on your first payment: EUR if you paid from Europe, USD otherwise. Once set, the billing currency can't be changed.
How do I update the company name or address on my invoice?
