How do I update my billing information and invoice
To make changes to your invoice, follow these steps:
- Update your billing information: Head to your Workspace settings and update details like your company name, VAT ID, or billing address.
- Request an updated invoice: Once you’ve updated your information, contact PhantomBuster Support to request an updated version of your invoice.
How do I change my invoice currency
PhantomBuster invoices can be issued in either US Dollars (USD $) or Euros (€). Here is how it works:
Once your first payment is completed and an invoice is generated, it will no longer be possible to change the currency for future payments.
- Invoices in Euros: European users making their first payment from within Europe will automatically receive invoices in Euros.
- Invoices in US Dollars: Users from all other countries, as well as European users who made at least one payment in US dollars, will continue receiving invoices in US dollars.
