Follow this guide for step-by-step instructions on using PhantomBuster’s Pipedrive CRM Enricher to send lead data into your CRM.
Connect PhantomBuster with Pipedrive
You can send PhantomBuster data to Pipedrive by using the Pipedrive CRM enricher Phantom.
1. Navigate to your PhantomBuster Dashboard and sign in.
2. Go to the Solutions tab and use the filters on the left side panel to find the Pipedrive CRM enricher Phantom.
3. Click on Use this Phantom to enter settings or Learn more to enter the Overview page.
4. Select the Data to export.
5. Add your Pipedrive API key in the Connect to Pipedrive step.
💡 To find your Pipedrive API key, go to your Pipedrive account and click Settings → Personal Preferences → API.
6. Set up the Behavior of the Phantom based on your preference:
a) Only create new entries
b) Only update existing entries
c) Both create new and update existing entries
7. Select launch type in the Launch setting step.
8. Click Save and you are all set.
What data can I send to Pipedrive?
You can use the Pipedrive CRM Enricher Phantom to send leads and organization data available in your PhantomBuster lists or output files generated by Phantoms and Flows. Here are the options for the input of this Phantom.
- My Lists: use your LinkedIn leads list as input for the Phantom and export any data available on the list to Pipedrive
- A URL: use your publicly available spreadsheet URL list as input and export data available in your file
- My Phantoms: chain two Phantoms together and export any data available in the results file of the Phantom in the sequence.
⚠️ To send leads to Pipedrive your input must contain the email addresses so PhantomBuster can identify contacts in your CRM.
⚠️ To send organization your input must contain company names.
Most basic properties will show as dedicated fields in the Phantom setup, where you can map the data. You can add custom fields in Pipedrive and the Phantom will show these during the setup, too.
